Chicken Feet Mousse was originally created by Sacha Packer of The Balanced Canine and was shared within our community.
Using the cooked Chicken Feet from Bone Broth, it is blended down to a fine paste. When allowed to set, the natural gelatin from the rendered bones will set it like a Mousse.
